MY ROLEIn 2022, the Zocdoc in-house brand team refreshed the provider side of the organization, which previously lacked a cohesive identity and relied heavily on a generic blue palette. Following the success of the Patient Brand refresh, we aimed to create a provider brand that felt trustworthy, guiding, and human.

I was heavily involved in defining the visual direction through iterative moodboarding. The final direction featured vibrant color blocking, clean line illustrations, and hand-drawn textures inspired by prescription pads, adding a human and approachable touch. My contributions included helping establish a cohesive illustration style, developing scalable diagrams to explain complex ideas, designing dynamic layouts, and updating the provider landing page to align with the refreshed brand. This refresh transformed Zocdoc’s provider brand into a credible, human-centered identity that resonated with healthcare professionals.
