In 2022, the Zocdoc in-house brand team was entrusted with the task of executing a brand refresh for the provider side of the organization. Our goal was to create a visual language that not only reflected the refreshed Zocdoc brand but also exuded warmth, approachability, intelligence, and reliability. We carefully crafted the illustration styles and hand-drawn patterns to create a light, personal touch while incorporating diagrammatic drawings and infographics to instill a sense of expertise. Ultimately, our aim was to appeal to doctors and establish a trustworthy, credible brand identity.
